How do I change settings for my group?

I need to make group members through invitation and approval only.How do I change settings for my group?
Click management lower left column. next click messages beside web tools and you will see where to edit. I hope that gives you the way to do as you wish.How do I change settings for my group?
management- under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit) %26lt;-- click the edit- select restricted- click save changes
Click on Management on the list.

Then Membership under Group Settings.

Click Edit next to ';Membership Type %26amp; Welcome Message';.

Choose ';Restricted'; next to ';Membership Type';.

Click Save Changes.
