Microsoft Outlook Express:::How do I go in and change settings?

Like how to change my incoming mail to POP3 and my outgoing mail to SMTP? Is that what it needs to be to use Outlook express?Microsoft Outlook Express:::How do I go in and change settings?
In Outlook Express . . . at the top go to the toolbar and select tools, then Accounts, on the right side select Properties, then select the tab Servers . . . be careful its easy the screw up your email. If it doesn't work call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them to help you with your email settings.
