How to prevent a user with a limited account to change Folder Options settings?

I use Win XP Pro SP 2,i am the administrator and i need to know how can i prevent a user with a limited account from accessing or changing settings in Folder Options(from the Tools menu in My Documents).

Can someone please answer?

hey u cant do without multiple user

to give limited changes and modifying the data for user

u need to create user and

right click on my computer-%26gt;manage and then in that click on local user and group and in user create new user

now right click on user-%26gt;propeties and in member of

it should not be the member of administrator if it is member of administrator it have full acces and control

if it will not be the member of administrator the user cannot install software and uninstall.hey cannot delet the file also



now u want to give access to the user then from administrator login u can right click the d:drive or folder properties and select the user and give him full control read only right or access deny

also u want him to use any software because he will not able to open any software installed before

then give full right to programmme folder as shown above
